CBS’s Norah O’Donnell confronted Bernie Sanders over the cost of his socialist Medicare-For-All agenda, and was shocked when he told her “I don’t know”.
On Friday night’s edition of the CBS Evening News, O’Donnell played portions of a recorded interview, including one section in which she introduced Sanders as a “self-proclaimed Socialist,” to which Sanders corrected “Democratic, put in there please!”
After Bernie responded he didn’t know
Sanders responded: “You don’t know, nobody knows, this is impossible,” but O’Donnell cut him off again.
For which Bernie smugly responded “Of course I will,”
After O’Donnell asked about the effect his medicare-for-all would have on employment.
The fact is according to many experts not on the right, but the left, if Bernie eliminates Private health insurance as he must if he plans to implement his ‘Medicare-for-all’ scheme.
A CNN analysis of Sanders’ agenda was published last week, and it estimated a price tag of $60 trillion in additional spending, but, and this is a big BUT, that was only for the Medicare-For-All, and Bernie’s Student Debt Relief programs… Nothing else.
